| Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing Xtreme Limousine. You are renting a private limousine and the price remains the same for 1 to 14 passengers. You are responsible for all fees and damages as stated below. Please read the following carefully and if you agree with the terms and conditions below, please give us a call or email us. We are always willing to work with you on any specific request. Tour Service Some locations included in these tours are not open 7 days a week and therefore may not be available on your tour date. Email confirmations are recommended for all itineraries to insure requested locations are available. Please check with our tour service desk for dates and availability. Some tours offered my not be suitable for small children and we must respect the wishes of each of our tour locations. Reservations All reservations must be booked in advance and a booking deposit of $300.00 must be received before a booking is confirmed. E-mails to confirm details of your reservation and itinerary are preferred. Security Deposit A Security deposit of $500.00 via credit card or cash, is required for all bookings. No up front charges will be added to the card. Booking party is responsible for all damages incurred during the ride, by their party. After the job has ended, the chauffeur will inspect the vehicle. No fighting. No vomiting No smoking. No Pets Broken or missing glasses are $25.00 each. Alcohol No alcohol will be permitted in the Limousine if the occupants are under the age of 21. Alcohol is permitted in the vehicle if all occupants are over the age of 21. If a minor is present with alcohol in the vehicle, their parent or guardian must be present. Any violation of these terms will result in the Job terminating immediately. Xtreme Limousine does not provide Alcohol unless prior arrangements have been made and are billed at time of booking. Weddings with time of 3 hours or more will receive 1 bottle of complementary champagne unless prior arrangements are made. Weddings with time of 7 hours or more will receive 3 bottles of complementary champagne unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional Time Additional time may be added to your trip if no prior bookings are scheduled. Charges are based on hourly rates and charged in 30 minute time-frames. OTHER CHARGES Additional fees may include but are not limited to: tolls, fuel surcharge and your driver's gratuity (20% driver's gratuity suggested). A late/early hour fee may apply if you are in the vehicle between 12:00am and 5:00am. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations by our clients with less than 2 weeks notice of your scheduled reservation time will forfeit their booking deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation time will be charged the fee equal to your reservation. All other cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. |
